On November 24th, the 18th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival Industry Expo officially kicked off at Hangzhou International Expo Center, China. With the theme of "Common Prosperity in a New Era, Animation Creates the Future", this year's CICAF organizes more than 20 items of content in five major sections of exhibitions, events, forums, business and activities offline through a combination of online and offline forms, builds a "national comic on the cloud" platform online, and holds an annual event of the animation industry through four major sections such as cloud display, cloud negotiation, cloud live broadcast and cloud interaction.

At this year's CICAF, Aola Animation,Leaping Dolphin and Aim jointly unveiled the latest original animation projects such as Shining Girls, Dino Detective Agency, Mystery of Haunster, Kiki & Nuna and unveiled new PVs for the first time.

Shining Girls

Shining Girls tells the story of the mermaid girl Xia Ling who saves Mei Duo and Lu Ran, two human girls who are in crisis with the formation of the band. The like-minded trio hit it off and formed the band "Shine Girls". On the road of music, they practice hard and overcome difficulties; On the road of youth growth, they understood each other, supported each other, made progress together, and finally realized their respective self-worth and musical dreams.

Dino Detective Agency

Dino Detective Agency tells the story of the little dinosaur Starfire and his partner to start a detective agency. Whenever children send for help, they will transform into superheroes and ride a mini spaceship to enter the child's body world to rescue. Dino detectives look for clues in this colorful human world, help children recover their health while popularizing various health knowledge.

Mystery of Haunster

The story of Mystery of Haunster has a double world, the real world and the fantasy world, in the fantasy world there are various forms of dream monsters representing fear, and there are elves who protect the child's heart, and children must cooperate with the elves in the fantasy world to defeat those monsters that represent fear, shortcomings and bad habits, so that their souls can grow.

Kiki & Nuna

Kiki & Nuna tells the story of Little Pig Kiki and his friends in a happy and interesting daily life, energetic children will cause some troubles due to their own living habits, thus facing some small challenges in growth. When they encounter unsolvable problems and distress, Kiki will use the summoner to call Xiao You for help, and Xiao You will provide three problem-solving props for Kiki and everyone to choose the props they need. This prop allows children to learn good living habits.

The Aola Animation booth is located at 3B-3, inside the Jiangsu Animation Exhibition Hall. The Aola Animation booth partially restored the cat café scene in the Shining Girls drama, with pink as the main color, full of dreamy and girly atmosphere.

In addition, this exhibition Aola Animation also brought a large number of licensed peripheral products, including Kiki & Nuna children's toys, dairy products, space sand, etc. There are also new Shining Girls licensed peripherals: throw pillows, power banks, water cups, suitcases...

From 9:30 to 12:00 a.m. on November 24, the 2022 iABC held a pan-entertainment IP licensing conference, and Medialink Group participated with Kiki & Nuna.

On November 24, from 15:30 to 17:30, the 2022 iABC held an animation IP design venture capital competition, and the original project Dino Detective Agency jointly produced by Leaping Dolphin and Aola Animation was successfully shortlisted!

This year's CICAF launched the "National Comic City on the Cloud" online interactive platform to create a "National Comic Metaverse", online participants will have the identity of "National Comic Exclusive Digital Image", immersive experience online exhibitions, virtual forums, cloud transactions, online live broadcasts, interactive social networking and other rich content. Aola Animation also joined the online exhibition.
