Mecard Beast: Crystal Code Mystery is an animation project co-invested by Alpha Animation and Aola Animation, with Aola Animation responsible for the full production process from script to final footage.As the fifth installment of the nationally renowned Mecard Beast franchise, the series is produced by Guangzhou Alpha Animation Culture Communication Co., Ltd. It premiered in Chinese mainland in 2024, consisting of 30 episodes with a runtime of approximately 13 minutes each, and is a futuristic sci-fi animation.
The season’s story unfolds in the "Super World," a virtual realm created by Mecard Beasts from the Tianyuan Universe and humans. After gaining future-tech gear, protagonists Fei Lun and Qing Feng become the "Meta Guards" and befriend the genius girl Ling Yi. Together, they venture deep into the Super World to search for her missing scientist mother Ling Lin, eventually uncovering a hidden conspiracy.
